Tom Eichner - CEO With over twenty years of experience in information systems, Tom brings insight and leadership to his role as CEO, providing a strong foundation for Shared Vision Group. Before founding Shared Vision, Tom was Vice President, Consulting (Americas) for Seer Technologies, an enterprise software company offering tools, practices and applications to large-scale development organizations. Tom's focus on communication, interpersonal management and customer satisfaction was instrumental in leading revenue growth in Seer's services division. His earlier assignments at Seer included managing some of its largest engagements in the financial services industry.

Before joining Seer as a founder in 1990, Tom held management positions at Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation and Manufacture's Hanover. He holds a BA from Baruch University and an MBA from St. John's University.

Michael von Bodungen - CTO Michael provides architecture design and implementation strategies for customers rolling out mission critical client/server systems. He has managed large consulting engagements and client teams on multiple application projects to enable customers to implement large-scale distributed applications. He has provided lead project management for clients with emphasis on setting up a project office to track progress and implementation plans to see that applications are delivered into production successfully. He specializes in picking the appropriate technology and architecture to meet the business requirements of the application. Prior to joining Shared Vision, Michael was a Technical Manager with Seer Technologies where he served as project manager and technical architect for several large-scale application development projects in the Retail and Financial Services industries. Michael also set up a project management practice within Seer's Advanced Practices organization.

Marshall Freiman - Vice President Professional Services Prior to joining Shared Vision, Marshall was Chief Technology Officer at Web Emporium where he and his team of engineers built award-winning WebSphere solutions for Fortune 500 companies in the Retail industry. As CTO, Marshall architected the extensive back-end integration of these e-commerce systems into existing accounting, inventory, marketing and logistics software. Marshall holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Tulane University where he also obtained an MBA. Additionally, Marshall holds a MS in Computer Science from the University of Arizona and has had his research on Temporal Databases published. Marshall has been working on the IBM e-commerce platform since its inception in IBM’s Santa Theresa Lab where he worked as a programmer on the original project of DB2 WWW, later called Net.Commerce, now known as WebSphere.
